You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. We want you to sleep on it (literally) and decide if Mellow is right for you.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info.mellowcloud@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our support team will reply within 24 hours with the return address and full instructions.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging when possible.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be in resalable condition where possible — but tried-and-tested returns are also accepted under our guarantee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.
